The intent of our Music curriculum is to deliver a curriculum which is accessible to all and that will maximise the outcomes for every child so that: All children are INSPIRED to develop their talents and love learning about all aspects of the Music Curriculum Children BELIEVE in themselves and their abilities; Children DISCOVER and enjoy a wide range of experiences; Children ACHIEVE their full potential in Music Children BELONG to a caring community, which cares about the past, present and future of its environment. Music is a universal language that embodies one of the highest forms of creativity. At Ashburton Primary School, our Music education will engage and inspire pupils to develop a love of music and their talent as musicians, and so increase their self-confidence, creativity and sense of achievement. |
